Gold Card help!

I have a gold card-but what can I do with it ?
What will it clear, will it just go in the card slot on an echostar ad3000 ?
I have a dynamite progger can I program it with that?
If itcan do anything what software do I put on it?
so many questions....

A goldcard - how quaint!

Sling it in a cupboard its more or less useless at the moment!

Until TPS went over to the AES keys, my old goldcard ran for a year quite happily with only very occasional reprogramming!

how quaint... nice so it wont do didilly squat even with no cam?
I have aquired a telenor conax cam is that just as useful lol

The conax cam will be useful if you get hold of an official card

is the gold card the same as a tit card?
can I load who let the dogs out on it for t p es on 13*?
a friend of mine has just bought an ad3000 and cant afford a cam yet so I thought t p es would give him something to watch for now?

No - a gold card has much less on board memory than modern cards.

You cant use a goldie for TPS since they went over to the AES keys.

You cant use a goldie for anything much these days. Its an outdated relic
