My Satellite Setup
1.80 Channel master with 6 LNB KU KA C Band 1200 Laminas KU
Openbox SX6 and S3 Mini, Dr HD 15, GTCombo ; Octagon SF 4008 , TBS 6983

I played a bit with the KA band again, this time at 7° east.
Because , it is currently no LOF for KA Band , the found frequencies are wrong.
In BS he can only find one transponder, the 21633 H 1100
21638 and 21640 both with SR 1100 are not found (same SR too close)
But with manual input it works without any problems.

Attached is a cap from the real time output of the GTShare app of a 4.2.2 broadcast.

Of course I also suggested that if your issue persisted that you report it on the GTMEDIA forum who I have no doubt will resolve it quite quickly.

Just checked the playback from the USB stick and all is good, so the issue is with the combo, not the attachments.

Still awaiting an update beyond 1.14, in case this corrects the issues.

So recording and playback on the Combo using a USB stick is no problem. What SD card are you using for the same test on the Combo. What brand/class of SD card are you using. Minimum required is Class 10 and of course the marketplace is awash with counterfeits. If the price looks to good to be true it probably is How to Spot a Fake MicroSD Card and Avoid Being Scammed

Have you reported the issue on the GT media forum. They’ll look at the problem straight away if you do.

Playback of both SD and USB are OK using the laptop, not the Combo.

Funny....mine is still telling me C20.A9.1.14 is the latest. :) There seems to be a problem with sound with new firmware people are saying in the forum.

Now on version 15. I have just scanned 16E Ku band for channels and the box is behaving much better when scrolling down the list of channels. Used to crash the box on v.14.

OK, early lunch so I've just downloaded it.

I'm hoping the update does fix the earlier 'playback audio' issue mentioned above on 1.14.

One thing that hasen't changed is the date and time, which continuously reverts to January 1st (Thursday), of which the last one was in 2015, next one 2026 ........

Strange that Simon, i got that effect on the version before 1.14 but was ok for me when i went to v1.14

i dont have the date time thing either, mine is ethernet cabled and I leave it on standby

Well I hope they have sorted out it locking up the box and losing all your stored data like on previous versions? this was random too, it could go a couple of weeks before losing the bloody lot!

They forgot to put the 4 LOFs for the KA band.
They just replied that it would be done in the next Update.

on my side too, I never had a problem with the date, it is always good
