No. Imagine a 4x2 block of pixels. 4:2:0 means in the 4 pixels in the first row there are 2 with chroma (colour) information, the 4 pixels below on the next line have 0 colour information. 4:2:2 has an extra 2 pixels of colour information on the second row.

4:2:0 means on a 4K frame there are 3840x2160 pixels, each with luminance (brightness/black&white) information and 1920x1080 pixels of chrominance (colour) spread over the top. Standard 4:2:0 4K video only contains 1080p worth of colour! 1080p video contains 960x540 pixels of colour information.

A 4:2:2 4K frame would contain 1920x2160 pixels of colour - twice as much as a 4:2:0 frame.

4:2:0 video = quarter of pixels have colour information
4:2:2 video = half of pixels contain colour.

Bangood tracking is shocking sometimes, once it leaves China, you sometimes get no updates. I had a parcel that was seemingly stuck at the airport for days, and turned up one day unannounced.
