did any one know, how to crack the strong 4402,for hot bird in European - west African region. with out using the smart card.
plz explain by step by step method.

It would appear too difficult for you to do some research yourself, it took me less than 30 seconds to find this site which looks like it will help you. However could I just point out that there is almost nothing open on Hotbird now apart from using a valid subscription.
