Well, I always thought he should be given a big club just to see what happens. He did show at Pompey that when he gets a bit of money to deal with, he gets a good squad. Got them a trophy and playing in Europe. I bet he will do good at spurs.

It was a mad hour or so early this morning when Ramos was sacked and then Redknapp was appointed.

Good start today, and I suspect that a month from now the memories of the last month will be a distant one. January will be interesting indeed, I can see Defoe returning, and James and Kranjcar going to the Lane.

Sacking Damien Comolli is the big decision that, I believe, will end of the wasted millions of recent times.
