Help delsat 5500 plus

Please help my Delsat 5500 Plus lost nagravision when i resetted it to factorysettings. Now all channels on nagra are no longer opening but all FTA channels are there. i have tried the patch on mydelsat.com, but the problem is still there.

It will not work as this product dont have Nagera autoroll.

But You can still try to send this one to Dubai we will try to do the need & see if this can still work.
