help for Nokia 210 S !

I have a Nokia 210 S and I get only 2 red lights which blinking continuosly.
Can any body help me ? If You can please post it here the software for this receiver I didn't get it .

I also need to upgrade my nokia mediamaster 210S but unfortunately I am living in Turkey, which is out of coverage of Astra where update software is available.

Can anyone asist me?
