help me on Winersat digibox 550

i have got one WINERSAT Digibox 550 receiver to unlock, but i am unable to unlock it as i dont have the software and which cable to use , i cant find it on the net too.
the winersat site is not opening too..

please help me unlock it...

is there any master reset code or can i do factory default ?

Dear Winersat,
I have using your Winersat DigiBox 500 satllite receiver.Specifications of the receiver are :

Winersat DigiBox 500
Software Version : 5S20Q
Support Diseqc Version: 1.0 ,1.2
Winersat DVB V3.00

Deffects of the receiver are :

1. While watching program receiver become stuck.
2. "Invalid Xpdr Slot" is seeing while changing channels.
3. When tuning if we apply above 32000 mhz symbol rate then display is
like "Enter valid symbol rate".

For rectifying the deffects I request you to sent me this Receiver's
Software at my e-mail id.
