Help not getting eurobird :S 28.5

Helllo

I have a zone1 dish and live in south east england, can get astra 2 on 28.2 fine however i can't get eurobird i think it could be my roof in the way but i am getting 28.2 fine, can any one shed some light on my problem?

TBH we can only really start guessing, they are still classed as co-located but you should be aware that the angle of skew for Astra 2 is different to that of Eurobird one, so you may have to tweak between the two to get a compromise solution on both

Check also you have an up to date transponder list for 28.5

I find it difficult to believe that you are getting NONE of these transpnders:

but ALL of these:-

_http://www.lyngsat.com/astra2c.html

Check your signal levels on the appropriate transponders.

I believe that some transponders on EB1 are a little weaker, so it could be a roof blocking some signal, but to lose all would be quite difficult I think.
