Help please... how do i recover my sat data

My Satellite Setup
Starsat SR-X3100CU Ultra
My Location
Dubai
i mistakenly erased my satellite data by restoring factory settings on my starsat sr-x3100. now when i go to installtion, none of the satellites is showing anymore... i am stuck and can't find a way out...
pleaaase help...thx

It is just the same as with a computer did you back it up before you started meddling? If not then you will have to start all over again and scan every satellite and store them all again. Were you on a satellite at the time if so which one?
Did you have modified software on it?

thanks for the reply... i had Hotbird, Nilesat and Asiasat. But now i just get "other01", "other02"... so does that mean i have to redefine each satellite with all the info?? if so where can i find all the info to fill the fields... thanks again.

It is difficult to start as there is not enough detail in your profile, do you have multiple dishes, multi lnb's, Diseqc switching or Vbox control? Polar mount H-H mount?

Click here to get information. Try to remember what satellite you were on and what channel, then set it to the details of that channel
