Help please problem Kaon stb Dishtv

I have Kaon reciever dishtv.
Loader version is 2.16 model KFC-100MCO
Main menu flower in Yellow color.
I have problem that all Free to air channels continuously showing the message"Channels are updating wait plz"
some body told me that the ur stb need software upgrade but there is nothing found me to upgrade.
Can any body please help me how to upgrade the software.

ple delete all the pre tuned channels ple del the all tps and re tune the receiver do not tune the receiver home satellite of dish tv 95 degree

dear i have kaon stb ksf-100mco dishtv i cannot watching video picture channel like espn axn star plus many more but they have good audio muumtaz pakistan
