Hello Admin,
I´ve been quite impressed with your site, and all the help you've been providing throughout the years :-worship

I´m no sat illiterate, but now I´ve come across a problem I can't seem to solve ..
I´ve got a tv install company, and i've purchased some 2-3000 ADTH IR58 boxes.
These I've got from a fairly newe supplier, was good price, and we needed them because we needed Irdeto embedded boxes, and he said they were from a company gone bust , and he would be able to provide us with loaders, editors, etc.
after the (spanish) supplier's contact returned from a couple of weeks on holiday he suddenly 'remembered' he couldn't.
The problem is, those boxes come with a logo from some equatorian company, and i need to find a way to 1) convert my bitmap into a (possible .logo) file, and a compatible loader so I can use my own company logo..
Digging the internet, tried to contact ADTH website, haha lol they got 'offices' in the USA, UK(London),Australia etc. but when calling I think it points to a callcentre somewhere in India where the people don't even seem to know how a satellite dish looks like

I noticed in one of your older posts (think around 2006) you pointed out the Atlanta DTH is made by Emtech...
Have you got any idea if I can use emtech soft/tools for the job and/or you might know someone out there who can put me in the right direction where to obtain it?? I dont want to give those boxes back, because they are perfect for our system, but I don't particulary want to be referred to as the 'equatorian TV company who went bust'O-no

Thanx a million times in advance
Mennekee

Ps).
Keep up the good work!!

Thank you :)

Umm lets see. Well first of all the loaders and editors we tend to refer to here are channel editors and software loaders, nothing else. They certainly arent firmware editors of any sort.

These cheaper receivers are often badge engineered - one chassis, multiple identities, possibly with new front panels on some of the units to make them look different.

The first thing you need to do is try and identify just who makes the units then contact them to see if they have any editors that will allow you to do minor tweaks like changing logos
