Help to find the best FTA reciever for my Area!!

i am trying to setup a reciever in Africa, and i am looking forward to buy PANSAT 3500SD FTA reciever. So, i am not sure if the reciever frequency will be suitable for the West Africa frequency(NIgeria). Please, can someone tell me if it is possible to use it in Africa...bellow are the features:
