You need to use the phoenix mode in the Infinity software, then download and open the latest version of Titanium Progger, you'll find it in the utilities section. Don't forget to erase the card first with the Titanium Progger. You need to go to somewhere like www.fookfiles.com to get the files.

I had the same prob with the infinity as it doesn't recognise the OS and won't erase the card. The elvis is as sweet as a nut. I need to work on the infinity a bit more to find out why.

The only problems I had with the infinity were firstly failing to read the manual, so didn't realise that I needed a serial connection as well :) and secondly that I needed to turn of FIFO buffering on the COM port, otherwise it was great.

Bit of a misnoma is 'Phoenix USB' I'd say....... since the phoenix element needs a serial port and lead.

Mind you I am a bit of a cynic.
