help with aligning sky minidish

hi im trying to set up a minidish, i clamped it to the my window turned it to the angle what all the other minidishers are pointing at (28.2)and no joy does anyone know how risen up the dish has to be in the hull/yorkshire area i was told it was 20 degrees up?
