Will somebody pleae hellp me with this, I have a supermax 6000ci super and I am trying to upgrade its software following the procedure and using a Null modem cable and the loader PCLink2.0i user connection goes well but when I try to download the software via Boot it won't download and I get an error message but when I download s/w via main it goes through ok, and after that I downloaded the latest softcam keys and I was able to open the CAS system but I still can't get any encrypted channel on Hotbird 13 E. I tried a different cable didn't work, I even modified the cable I mean I cut the cable and left only 3 wires connected ( 3 to 2 -- 2 to 3 --- and 5 to 5) but that didn't work either can somebody please tell what to do and direct me to the wright way of soing this. by the way I am using the latest software released on 9-12-2006. I appreciate any help given.
