(FM24c64c is an eeprom)does  locations 0 to 200 are ok  ?  i see on picture  wrong datas on location 240 .maybe your serial cable is not ok   and nothing is written in eeprom ???factory reset ::  push  power button on front panel  before power up  and keep push it until an erase screen  appears !all datas are erase   but  values are  useable  .</blockquote>
