It can either be made of thicker material, and/or have better supporting of the edges where the feed arms are installed.Hardest material is probably the fibreglass/composite materials where not only is the ribbing part of the reflector, making for good resistance to warping, but the metal reflector is hidden away inside the composite.Was your friend's dish a single piece or in partitions ?</blockquote>
