How can I get all channels on Dreambox DS 500 in UK

I have a Dreambox DS 500S which has all the channels scanned into the box But only the freeview channels work The other channels do not work.
Are there some setting or something else required for them to work
Kindly help if someone has any idea.

The Freeview channels dont work - the Freesat will though A small but critical difference.

You need access to an active subscription. Without it the box will never give you more than the free stuff.

The box will pick up Channel names etc. for Encrypted stuff ............ but obviously you cannot decode them for viewing without the appropriate subs.
