Hello,
I would like to share with you my latest discovery.
I was looking for a solution to stream channels from my satellite antenna to my mobile or a multimedia box for the summer holidays.
It's the SAT>IP function of my GTMEDIA demodulator that I wanted to use, but how?
How does it work ?
on the demodulator you have a function to export an M3U file to a USB key.
The file is the list of channels on your demodulator with technical data according to the SAT>IP standard.
The file can be used in VLC or in applications in your home's local network.
The problem was to do the same but from the other side of the world with secure access.
After several research I thought about my NAS server.
A SYNOLOGY DS415+ with 8GB of memory.
SYNOLOGY NAS have an application store.
For my needs I found the JELLYFIN app.
To find it in your app store you need to add external links
