How do i update keys on S model X reciever?

Hi mates i have S model X reciever and i don't know how to update keys for constant CW & Dw on the reciever, coz, i could not find where the provision is on the reciever. coz i go to code 8282 it is not there, so pls some one help. Also how do i patch new software on the said reciever?. thanx
