How do you access radio channels on skybox f3

Fret not.

Look at Remote Telecommander, at the row of buttons immediately below Power On/Off and Mute >>>> Second button from left is the TV/Radio Toggle.

I have tried pressing the button but it jus comes up (No Radio Channel!) but when i do a channel search i can see the radio channels.

Nope, it works exactly as you'd imagine: If in All Satellites. toggling the TV/Radio button gives you All Radio.

Select eg 28E while in Radio Mode and it gives all 28E Radio.

ie Exactly the same behaviour as for TV.

Which version of Firmware are you using?

I cannot recall any historic bugs with Radio, but that doesn't mean there weren't any!
