i have pentium 4 computer and echolink 700 plus receiver

some on please guide me how to install my dish of 6 feet to recieve the hotbird channels i need complete information in this regard along with diagrams thanks.

This is a self help forum, there are detailed instructions on how to install dishes in the dish installation section. You however have to go and read them click here to do that
