humax f2-green help

i need flash file for humax f2-green
the problem is the receiver works well while is on power, when it is put off the receiver willnot work again - it loses the the software.
the time indicator keep on the top.

what is the solution????

I think you have answered your own question as nobody has replied for a week, firstly the stb is quite old, secondly if what you say is correct then it sounds like the EEPROM has failed or supporting circuitry and whilst it can be flashed again, it will as you have already said lose all software and settings when powered down. Unless you are used to troubleshooting circuit boards it is doubtful that you could repair yourself and in reality it may be time to get something more modern. If it was mine I would be checking the circuit board for dry joints and failed electrolytic capacitors. The latter being the most likely source of the problem.
