Yesterday was my first day so totally new to this. I cant get any extra channels at all with my cam. When you enter keys to you get a message at all. Nothing happens except back to k*y menu. Do I have to exit this menu any particular way? There is a hex code already in key menu is this normal? I am therefore just entering the decimal version of this code?? is this correct??</blockquote>
