humax (xD 200)

hi im new in this site idont have any ideas about soluations
any one can help me as quikly

i have anew satellite humax (xD 200)
and i have abroblem with it idont know realley what i have to do
1-when im install and searching about all satellite its discoverig only two satellite(bader and maby arabsat) but i have and im recentelly fixed the two parts new one (arabsat -nilesat)

2-when im fineshed from all and starting to watch in menu there is some broblems it detected and show to me to some chanel (no signal )and(aknoun) i sid some chanell not all

3- ind i want to know how can installatio ane software for my sat and from where please help me quikly as much as you can

hi, has your smart card been activated? are you sure that your satellite dish is pointed to the right direction, i.e., correct degrees, correct frequency, etc (are you getting good strength and quality signals - there are two separate bars to indicate these)?
