input codes for starsat 3500 cuci super

Hi,

As already discussed in the forum after the usage of the last upgrades there is no more input codes in the menu.

I have a starsat 3500 cuci super, and I would be very grateful if someone can provide me with ways to input codes, either via remote, or by appearing the input code in the menu again.

ps: in an old discussion I read that I can go to menu, on the stb setting type 1234 and then I would be able to change keys. Is this working, and what is the stb setting?

It seems that those who make those patches available on satdw.com have decided to remove that function, as I have the same problem myself, and other forum members have also had it.
I have been given a solution, which consists of uploading a file that somehow clean the flash, and then the update that can be uploaded. I have not testes the procedure yet, as I am concerned about cleaning the flash, but should I try it, I shall post the results.

Here is what I have done, and it worked on my starsat sr-x650ci super.

First upload the ID_Truman file equivalent to your box and then upload the latest update available.

After this procedure the INPUT CODE option was still there.
Bear in mind that the ID_Truman will clean your flash, and therefore, you will also your settings as well as your channel list. And, after you upload the latest available patch, you will have to re scan the channels.

I have 3500Super model and Input code menu works with last soft. No help from any code. You just need clean receiver once. - its mean that after uploading soft not read old channel list, just seach all satellites, channels and favorites. Its not easy but I not find other solution.
