interactive sky sports feeds

does anybody know where i can find the frequency info for the sky sports interactive feeds please as i have a dreambox and wish to watch them but dont have the interactive functionality.

Sky Sports has two interactive frequencies:

10936V (on Astra 2D)
SR: 22000
FEC: 5/6

and

11758H (on Astra 2A)
SR: 27500
FEC: 2/3
