Invalid Loader WizTech FTA 220

Hello All

Can someone advise on a WizTech FTA 220. It displays Invalid Loader on the TV Screen and E000 on the receiver Display.

Do I need a new loader and where do I obtain it?

On wiztech 222 decoder i am also getting a message saying Err.8 andd showing nothing on the telly, but continous on and off may spontaneously get the decoder to function normally.
