My Satellite Setup
I have a satellite receiver, which is an Iris FS 5500 SX. I want to upgrade my Satellite.

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me. I have a french Satelllite receiver, called an Iris FS 5500 SX. I'm looking how to update software for the receiver. People have told me that you can do this online, but I'm not having a lot of luck at the moment. I am looking for a website online that I could download the software from, if possible. Thanks, Mo

Hi, thanks for your advice, but I have already tried the web site, and it doesn't have any downloads or updating software. It's only for buying products. All of the french channels and multi-vision channels have gone, and I'm looking to update them. Thanks again, Mo

Well I suggest you go back to these people and ask them who what how where and when as there is hardly any official support for this stb let alone unofficial support of the type you are indicating
