ISS SSTV opportunities again this weekend - starting 0900utc Friday

I shall test websdrs over the weeknd to see how successful those are as well as my rig here. Friday I shall leave it running on the turnstile whilst Im at work - if thats not too successful I can swap the old cats whisker homebrew job in.

What software are you using to decode the sstv please?

MMSSTV or RX-SSTV Both are freeware & easy to set up.

Ive got a 2m/145MHz dipole on order so I can avoid tying up the wxsat kit on the next ISS SSTV weekend

All in all fairly disappointing - lots of noise bars on the transmissions, and not just me suffering noise - most of the published pics over the last couple of days have shown similar noise artifacts. Plus the passes werent particularly favourable for the UK with most of the passes being early morning.
