Hello,
I recently bought a KSC-N620H2 PVR through Dish TV India. It only has 80GB harddisk. In their webpage they reccomend the following disks for the above receiver
Seagate
- 80G, ST380012ACE (firmware 4.06)
- 120G, ST3120022A (firmware 3.54)
- 160G, ST3160021A (firmware 3.06)
- 200G, ST3200822A (firmware 3.01)
Western Digital
- 80G, WD800LB (I think this is what it ships with)
- 250G, Western Digital, WD2500LB
- 250G, Western Digital, SD2500JB
MaxLine II
- 300G, MaxLine II (Maxtor)
I was wondering if I can just buy one of the above disks and replace it myself? Is their any specific format I should preformat the harddisk with?
Is it FAT?
Any help will be appreciated
Thanks
