lnb out on my tecnhomate reciever

sky digibox also technomate tm 1000 ci
motorised 80 cm dish
My Location
norwich "up the city" down the ipswich
i noticed the lnb out on the back of my reciever could this be used for another reciever .or would i need a twin lnb on my dish .

Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

No not essential, you can use it with a second receiver, but of course you will only be able to watch the same polarity and band at the same time and will often get conflicts if using both receivers at the same time. A twin LNB is always the best solution. :)
