You need to connect the lnb "loop through" cable to a sat tuner, and not to a tv tuner.

The loop out, on your satellite receiver, carries a satellite signal, so unless your television has a Satellite tuner, and not just a digital terrestrial tuner, it will not work.
You either need another satellite receiver, or a television with a built in satellite tuner.
Either way this is not ideal, it is better to have a twin, or quad, LNB, 2, or 4, outputs, and run a direct cable to a second satellite tuner.
Please post the make/model of your television, to determine if it has an inbuilt satellite tuner.

yes what you say is correct and I understand what your saying.I need to explain , It is for a Bar who wants to have 2 tv's working with the same channels from one sat reciever.

I've seen it working like this, I put a satellite dish in for a customer who already had a sky box with a cable going to her bedroom TV and plugged into her tv aerial. all I did was connect the cable to loop out on the sky box . Also seen it work like this in other bars...

As Chris points out, the loop out, or LNB out, on a satellite receiver, is for a satellite feed, to a second satellite tuner, the RF out is something completely different.
Please post the satellite make/model, or pictures, of the rear of the satellite receiver.

I use the loop out, how I connect mine is coax from antenna to sat box rf in, then I use a length of coax with two f connectors, one goes on the loop out on sat box, the other goes to my tv tuner,

If you wanted to connect say two sat boxes you would do the same process, but loop out to rf in,

Picture below is using the loop out set top box to left tv tuner to right

Coax from dish leave as normal, use the loop out to tv tuner, then scan tv.

If the bar's satellite receiver only has an LNB in and loop through and the other TV only has an RF tuner, then you either need a second satellite receiver to loop the IF signal into for the second TV, or you can use an RF modulator connected to the scart output of the satellite receiver and send a duplicate signal via that.

Why not provide details of the satellite receiver, possibly with pictures, it appears that there is confusion between RF and IF and whilst all satellite receivers have IF (Intermediate Frequency used by satellite receivers) inputs and loopthroughs, many modern ones, do not have RF/UHF (Radio Frequency/Ultra High Frequency used for terrestrial viewing) in and out connectors with built in modulators.

... Or, if the second bar tv set does not have a "Sat" F-type socket signal input (FreeSat tuner) could you use an alternate method of getting a duplicate picture to it by using the HDMI output of your satellite receiver through a 2way HDMI splitter (not switch), to feed the two tv sets with a duplicate signal .... assuming the added 2nd tv set has an HDMI input and the distances between the two tv sets is not too great ??

The o/p info on the left mentions a Gi8120 receiver but the post suggests this is an installation elsewhere. From a brief look I think the receiver does have an RF loop through, but the receiver itself does not have a modulator , or that it has been disabled in the installation menu (possibly one of those energy saving mode settings by default)

Not all satellite receivers have IF loop through btw, Aston, smaller Humax and Wetek are ones I have come across in the past where connection to anything else is not possible.

Meant to say .... if your second tv does not have this connection then is the HDMI option worth considering

Yes, realised I'd written that incorrectly after posting.

I have a reciever and the rf out is aerial connection and Lnb loop out is a f connector??

If the second TV doesn't have a satellite tuner but has an antenna input, the RF-out (aerial connection) is a simple analogue solution, using just one simple cable.
Another analogue solution would be using the video- and audio-signals from a SCART connection (or cinch connectors).

If you want a digital signal to the second TV, satellite loopthrough signal is required, or HDMI.

So please sum up the available outputs of your receiver (and possibly of your first TV; you can probably connect from there as well),
and sum up all the available inputs of your second TV. Then we can give you the best advice.

Photos could help here, if you don't know what connector is meant for what.
