Until mid July this year I was receiving most of the Freesat channels using a Humax 1100S decoder. High winds moved the dish and I lost the signal. Have just got around to getting the dish reset and I am now missing a lot of main channels like BBC1, BBC2, ITV1 ,Ch4, A Freesat channel scan gives me a total of 113 TV channels. I get the same result on a 2nd Humax 1100S box . System/Signal shows good signal strength + quality on both tuners on both boxes

Any thoughts/suggestions?

thanks
(Location Lyon, 90cm dish)

Are the Humax boxes SD or HD? SD transponders have recently been closed and migrated to HD transponders. It may be that your STB's are no longer compatible or that your dish size is not large enough to efficiently receive the HD transponders.

Humax boxes are HD and I am getting some HD channels, just not the ones I want.
