How did you set this up?Basic, fixed dish, Astra 1 19.2E, or Astra 2, 28.2E?If you go into the menu, you should have the options of entering the Setup menu, Tuner Configuration, Tuner Setup, where you can click the OK button and have the option to change the mode to Diseqc A/B, at which point you can try 19.2E on A and 28.2E on B, or vice versa, and then see if you can scan in the channels.</blockquote>
