I remember when Saturday afternoon was boring unless you watched either Jackie Pallow or Mick McManus and their antics in the ring.

You were always made out to be the villain but suspect you were actually meek and mild mannered outside of the ring, my dad just loved your contests

RIP Mick

And my dad used to love watching the wrestling as well! Commentary by Kent Walton (who actually preferred football!) made the afternoon for him.

What a good innings! And I'm sure he was a great bloke as well.

RIP Mick.

Yep, All in Wrestling was a must see on a Saturday afternoon, Mick was one of the great characters and his ongoing battles with Jackie Pallo who died back in 2006 were great watching. RIP Mick.
