Modify Receiver Firmware ???

hi i wanna ask you psl how can we modify a receiver firmware so

i can make the wallpaper of my hoice on the receiver menu

i can enter ip's for cardsharing or use other software of cardshering with the reciever than the only one supported

to add section for other keys in the receiver like biss keys crypto etc ....
