My Satellite Setup
OpenBox X5 on a 1 meter motorized dish.
And now a 10 foot "C" band dish.

Custom built PC
My Location
Deep in the Boonies in the central Sierra Nevada mountains of California.
Find someone with a hydraulic press (auto shop??) and try to push it out, a propane torch would heat it up better then just a heat gun.

And if you can find a threaded rod coupler with the right size threads you can us it to beat on instead of the bolt.

This is a rod coupler..61F0VPFqG4L._SL1000_.jpg61F0VPFqG4L._SL1000_.jpg

I presume there are bushes in both ends of the tube .
Drill a hole in the middle part of the tube and fill it with WD40 rust remover or simular to work from inside

If it is severly rusted inside the bushings (and/or tube) then the WD40 may take a while to penetrate all the way, give it a day or two, and be sure to add more WD as time goes by.

that would explain why it wont knock out at least, if those bushes are threaded.
good suggestion, i'll mull over all options - so much for a xmas refurb!

Somewhere in England (possibly?)!
WD40 isn't mainly intended for rust release/penetration - far better to use something specifically intended for that purpose, like "PlusGas Fast Release", which does the job very well. Also, on that linked page, there are a couple of other rust penetration/release products under the "Buy it with" heading that might be useful.

WD40 does also have special rust penatration liquid
Its very uncomman that there is thread in that kind of bushes

A penetrating fluid I have used is PB Blaster, it's not cheap though.

If you have a welder, weld a bigger nut to the top of it, the heat from the welder will go right through the bolt, and then you can use a bigger socket and bar to put some real pressure on it.

Hi - I replaced the pivot bolt with one a fraction thicker , on my original C.M.1.8 polar mount many years ago .. mine was not sized as yours is .. but because of "wear" causing too much play in the pivot. ... (see pictures of the old bolt below ) I don,t recall any bushes in the tube - the mount is strong - but basic.
I think plenty of heat .... (large blowtorch) or oxy - acetylene torch ... and heavy impact will get it ... if the penetrating fluid wont do the job ... I,m also a fan of Plus Gas for seized parts.

If it is stuck the hard way the end you are hitting on will expend and making things worse
