Looks OK.

If it is only for camoflague and you are happy with the single coat then no point making work.
Any slightly patchy sections will add to the camoflague effect

Once it is up they can hear how good some of the music channels are from satellite reception.

just finished sanding down / and painting dish - only have rear pic at mo.
had to take it inside, due to the moisture and frost...
looks almost brand new - sexy dish

think im now ready for actuator \ dish \ and run the cabling.
will have to make do with a 12" actuator for now - waiting for other one to come into stock.

today was a good day!
dish up - @RimaNTSS arms installed - and first attempt at alignment.
due to never have setting up a CM1.8 before, and due to the amazing adjustment capablities, including the adjustsable LNB holder, i am finding it difficult to align - at least i found 1W- although, sadly, not as stong a signal as my 1.2 - i know the LNB isn't facing the sweetspot.
still lots of work to do on alignment.

The LNB appears to be pointing too high, even allowing for perspective (other visual illusions are available).

This info / data measurements for lnb alignment is very useful - your measurements are in blue colour.

@manikm909 Your LNB on the CM1.8 is way too steep, it has to go further down.

what i dont know is how HIGH i should raise the adjustable LNB holder? should it be at lowest limit \ highest...?
maybe i should fit the original arms and go from there, the reason i didnt is im missing the lower bracket thingy, and the previous owner had a c clamp to hold the lower arm on.
it might help to show me the the LNB angle at least

It can be at any position. You have length-adjustable feedarms, so by adjusting the length you can place LNB in any position. The main goal is to co-locate LNB's phase center with antenna's focal point. And that point is located 1830mm from the top point of the working area of the dish and 1080mm from the lowest point.
