I agree with what moonbase said. Go back to 0.8°W, if your longitude is west of Thor move the dish a few clicks east and then rotate the whole assembly on the pole to peak. This is because if you are west of your due south satellite, when the arc is correct the dish should be pointing slightly east rather than directly south.
