NASN and BASEBALL

hello guys im 19years old baseball fan from Turkey.here in europe side of turkey i can watch NASN feed wit 90cm dish.its %20 signal.but SETANTA NASN %70.i wonder how can i subscribe official NASN.cuz this feed dont broadcast same things and games with offical one.i mean NASN gave Philly game yesterday but i didnt see dat game on NASN feed.

and at 15w ESPN channels shows MLB games??please answer...
