Need help: How do multiswitches distribute sat signals to multiple sat tuners?

Going to get a decent switch, I think from memory I was looking at a Vision 5/12 or a Fracarro equivalent, I have a load of PDF datasheets I saved on the home PC back when I started looking with all the details.
