HI there,

i m from Dubai. I bought a exwave x5000 receiver and i m totally new to this. can some kindly help me how can i download channels from internet and what do i need? the receiver is currently connected to a nilesat and getting normal channels only. will really appreciate it if someone can guide me throught this. thanx alot

Well with all due respect to you this is a self help hobbyist forum and nobody has time to do all that for you. It is up to you to read all about it yourself and use the instructional howto's to educate yourself on what to. In general terms you may have to download a patch for your stb but there is no guarantee that patches are made for such an obscure make and model. I would recommend googling for the name of the stb and taking it from there.
