I want to use the sim card which can be programmed .
I want to learn how to do it. IS a normal card reader enought which is there on ebay for 2$.
Once i learn it then i can use it for any thing like software authentication or any general purpose.
Where do we get similar blank cards like the ones used in Dreambox for cheap?
