I will bore you if I repeat what I said about dvb cards. But if we are talking about cards with the possibility to lock a low symbol rate below 500 Ks, I remind you that 6983/6903 are the best performing of all dvb-s2 cards for this function; when we see that there are more and more transmissions on satellite, especially radio services. I remember that the first time I used the 6983 card, in 2014,I was amazed; it seemed a miracle, the card to find on C band on 62.0E a mux under sr 200 Ks. Then I also found with this card Dutch radio muxes at 16.0E, a radio with 142 Ks at 12.5W, 185 Ks at 30.0W, etc. And the credit goes to @CrazyCat, who leveraged the demodulator to a performance that no other card has matched. I wonder what would have happened if you had such a card and exploited its possibilities. These cards work between 100-45000 Ms symbol rate. By chance (and luck), it also locked a symbol rate of 87 Ks (See FlySat, at 27.5W). But you seem to feel that only the "Himalayas" :)( difficult card) challenge you. And that was a big plus for 6909x/6903x cardholders. Fortunately, stid135 cards lock symbol rates below 500Ks/s even as designed and executed. I have locked the signal several times on different satellites. If you want, I can lend you a 6983 to use. No matter what we want, I/we are grateful for the performance achieved with stid135 cards. :Y added: I will show you what the 6903x/6909x cards could do with neumoDVB. Reception of this IPTV with the 6983 cards in real-time (and other dvb-s2 cards) at 27.5W. Maybe you will have time to implement this function, too.
