I'm returning to the low symbol rate below 500 Ks/s with the 6903x card after scanning Intelsat 901 at 27.5W. Your application seems to disprove (and does well) your opinion about this low symbol rate with the Stid135 cards. Here, blinscan all are found and locked with a 6903x low symbol rate below 500 Ks/s, a radio stream frequency. Both (11590 V,250,8/9 & 11597 V,500,8/9) muxes are Radio transmissions. And it is all the more remarkable as the signal on Intelsat 901 is well outside my reception area. Only with tbs6983 I manage this with Crazyscan under Windows. So it can (more?)with stid135 cards! I added a neumoDVB scan of Intelsat 901 with the tbs6983 card. Compared to 6903x, the spectrum on 6983 looks like a disaster. I hope to be excused for making such an observation. It verifies what you said earlier that you don't have the cards with demod STV091X based. Maybe it's not worth investing time for such cards. But looking in perspective, what you are doing for Stid135 cards under Linux and @CrazyCat with TBS cards under Windows, I think, opens the door for receiver manufacturers. Let's remember that the first receivers for MIS and PLL for us, simple receivers amateurs, were with dvb cards, and only afterward did these manufacturers release receivers with such specs/possibilities when they realized there was a good market for them. But that's another discussion. In conclusion, you and @CrazyCat are both trailblazers in this field, even if both didn't consider it when creating applications. Or if you don't consider yourselves as such, then I would say that you are a kind of interface between them and us, those who benefit from your creations, and even more, we benefit from your generosity as your applications are accessible to all, i.e. free, for which you have our thanks and gratitude.
