New Lnb changer

Connected positioner to Fibo motor. Motor turns 360* after ~195 clicks. That means that if LNB is away from turning axis than each click will make it travel almost 5mm. Not good precision. :(
However, I think it is still possible to compensate those 5mm mechanically- by adjusting individual LNBs. Saying that..... will try to adjust Fibo motor to LNB changer, somehow I feel it will work fine.

And other positive things about Fibo motor- it makes 360* turn in only 14 seconds, it is much lighter and smaller than Diseqc motors.

And Wim is right, if we go inside the Fibo-motor, we see that wheel from which optical sensor counts pulses, has only one empty slot. But what is make additional slot (red) or even two or more.... than precision of system can increase 2, 3 and even more times. But some experimenting is needed here.

Hi Wim, is this ready for shipping now? :)
In fact , yes , friday i took it down , not boxed yet .
I'm searching how to send , PostNL has a restriction , outside NL , package no longer than 100 cm .
The main feedarm is already 120 cm the sidearm 150 cm .
Box will be 155 cm long , 20 x 20 cm and a weight of max 20 kg (I gess)
TNT does the job only for companies but i can send it from my employers place .
They charge € 24,16 Economy Express and need 4/5 days .
Another question , who's the lucky one to receive the first changer ?

Who asked first is a fair way. Who was it guys? TNT seems a fair price to me.

Chris, you first... I am still finalizing my installation plans
Thanks Alex, Wim, let me know the total cost and I will PayPal money over.

Just as I asked in the beginning € 175.- + shipping , so if my calculation ( € 24,16 Economy Express and need 4/5 days ) at TNT is correct , say € 200.-
It will come with 2 C lnb clamps and 2 for Ku

OK Wim I should still have you details from last time.:)

Started to attach Fibo motor to changer. No, basically, started to build LNB changer around Fibo motor, that would be more proper to say. Motor has 8mm axis diameter. To fit 12mm pipe, which will be turning LNBs, to motor axis I placed piece of 10mm piepe inside and piece of 13,7mm on top. Also made 2 holes to fix everything together. 3 hinges will hold axis under lower feedarm. Not finished product yet.

In process of making ring for LNBs, that will be adjustable, so can be used on different sizes of dishes. For example CM1,2m of CM1,8M.
