These aren't multistream, they're a different (older) type of stream encapsulation via normal DVB-S2 transponders that the SX88+ can decode with the right parameters (code that was thanks to @MCelliotG's work, that got ported over to these Linux boxes by somebody). They're the feeds for the Spanish DVB-T (TDT) network. The link @EnoSat has given you has the details of all of these transponders. To tune all of them successfully on the SX88+ you have to have the correct BISS encryption keys on your receiver, which is a subject that can't be discussed any further here - Google is your friend! Your receiver must have the correct keys for the 11653H channels already to have tuned them in! The channels on 11653H are the TVE RGE1 TDT multiplex and the A3Media MPE2 TDT multiplex for the Canary Islands - with Canary Islands news on La 1/La 1 HD, RNE Canarias and RNE Radio 5 Tenerife and Las Palmas, as well as Antena 3 with Canary Islands adverts and a local news opt-out in the afternoon. The real multistream transponders are the ones you've already found - the Aragón TV, Asturias TV and CMM Castilla La Mancha ones. The latter two are quite weak - I can't receive them on my 80cm dish in the Midlands. You need at least a 1m dish I think to get them properly.
