New Setup With Motor

My Satellite Setup
SKYStar 2 Windows VISTA
My Location
Malta
Hi I'm Running windows 7 and have a skystar2 card and a dish with a stab motor. I need to rotate the dish could some one guide me how i could achieve that. And what's the best sat its best for "open" channels? Currently its set on HotBird

1.2M Channel Master, 1224 motor, VU+ Duo 2
My Location
North West
The only package currently open is Digi TV, 1 West, and that will be closed soon.
Check the maps on Kingofsat to see if you can pick up that package in Malta as you haven't listed your dish size.

My only issue is how to rotate the dish from my computer ;-(
